Samsung launched a new smartphone to its Tizen powered smartphone series, the Z4. It is the successor to Samsung Z3. It runs on Samsung’s very own Tizen 3.0 OS. It is an entry-level smartphone that has a 4.5 inch display (800 x 480) with 2.5D curved glass.

The Samsung Z4 is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, coupled with 1 GB of RAM. The Z4 comes with 8 GB of internal storage which can be further expand to 128 GB via a microSD Card. In terms of camera, the phone is equipped with a 5 MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash. The front-facing camera is also a 5 MP sensor with LED flash, which can come in handy in low-light conditions. The smartphone includes a 2,500 mAh battery, dual SIM support and 4G connectivity.

The Samsung Z4 will go on-sale in India form May 19th, at a price of INR 5,790. You’ll be able to choose from a few different colors including black, gold and silver.
